What are the important registration dates for the Bujinkan Midwest 2010 Tai Kai?
The cost of registration depends on the date payment is received.
If payment is received between:
Jan. 1st - June 1st: cost is $150.00.
We strongly encourage all participants to pre-register as early as possible to guarantee your space.
What is included in the cost of registration for the Midwest Tai Kai?
The registration cost pays for two and a half days of training, lunch on Saturday, and evening reception on Saturday. All participants will also receive a commemorative "Midwest Bujinkan 2010 Challenge Coin." These challenge coins are meant to embody the esprit de corps of participants of the Midwest Bujinkan Tai Kai.

What is the cost of hotel accommodations?
Guest room rates at the Marriott Ann Arbor Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest is $98/night for Single/Double/Triple/Quad occupancy. Please mention the "2010 Midwest Tai Kai" for the reduced room rate. There are a limited number of rooms available at the reduced rate so early hotel reservation is also recommended.
What is the itinerary for the Midwest Tai Kai?
The itinerary has not been finalized but we will post it once it is available.
How is the registration fee waived for instructors?
All instructors (who are not teaching at this year's Midwest Tai Kai) who register 4 or more students will have their event registration fees waived. Participants who register will be required to enter their dojo instructor's name. The name of the instructor will be automatically added to a list for waived event registration once 4 students are registered. However, to ensure that your name is on the instructor list please e-mail info@mwtaikai.com. Be advised, however, that non-teaching instructors who bring 4 or more students are still responsible for their own accommodations.
May I sell goods (training weapons, DVDs, etc.) at the 2010 Midwest Tai Kai?
Vendor tables will be available for all participants of the 2010 Midwest Tai Kai. However, these tables need to be reserved in advance. Please contact info@mwtaikai.com for more details.
When registering and paying by check, who do I make the check out to, and where do I send it?
